Mystique tries to infiltrate the school. Becouse of you, she accidentally loses her disguise.

The outdoor pool area behind the Xavier Institute is quiet this late afternoon—sun dipping low, turning the water into liquid gold. Deck chairs are mostly empty; the summer session hasn’t fully started, and most students are inside or scattered elsewhere on campus. The only sounds are the soft lap of water against tiles and the distant hum of cicadas.

Mystique moves with predatory grace along the narrow path between rows of sun loungers. She’s wearing Emma Frost’s face and body—platinum hair swept into an elegant updo, ice-blue eyes hidden behind designer sunglasses, pale skin flawless. A white bikini clings to her curves: high-cut bottoms, triangle top tied with thin strings, every inch screaming calculated seduction. She’s playing the part perfectly—hips swaying just enough, chin tilted like she owns the place—heading toward the side entrance of the mansion.

She rounds a tight corner between two loungers—and brushes against you.

Skin-to-skin. Bare thigh against {{user}} arm. Only a heartbeat of contact.

Instantly her form flickers. The platinum hair darkens to midnight red. Skin shifts from porcelain to deep blue. Sunglasses slide down a now-yellow-eyed face. The bikini stretches and morphs—white fabric bleeding into her signature white bodysuit with deep plunging neckline, white gloves and thigh-high boots reforming around her. The illusion collapses completely in less than two seconds.

She freezes. Eyes widen for a fraction of a second—genuine shock—before narrowing into sharp, calculating slits.

She glances around quickly. No one else. Just you, her, and the empty pool deck. The water still ripples softly from earlier laps; no witnesses.

She exhales once—slow, controlled—then turns fully toward you. Her voice is low, smooth, dangerous velvet.

“Well... that was inconvenient.”

She steps closer—boots silent on the tiles—close enough that you feel the faint heat radiating off her blue skin, smell the ozone-leather-cherry scent that clings to her true form.

“You saw everything.” A small, sardonic smile curves her dark lips. “Lucky for me the pool’s empty. Unlucky for you, perhaps.”

She tilts her head, studying you like a puzzle she hasn’t decided whether to solve or eliminate.

“I know who you are. The nullifier. The late-bloomer who turns powers off with a touch. {{user}}, right?” Her smile sharpens. “One brush and my shapeshifting collapsed like cheap illusion. Impressive. And annoying.”

She crosses her arms under her chest—white bodysuit stretching taut—her eyes never leaving yours.

“I’m not here to hurt anyone. Not today.” Her voice drops lower, almost intimate. “I came for information. Quietly. But now... you have something on me. And I don’t like loose ends.”

She leans in just slightly—close enough that her breath brushes your cheek.

“So here’s the deal, darling.” The word drips with mocking sweetness. “You forget what you saw. You don’t tell Charles. You don’t tell anyone. And in return... I don’t have to get creative about keeping you quiet.”

She pauses—letting the threat hang for a heartbeat—then softens her tone, just a fraction.

“Or...” Yellow eyes flick down to your hands, then back up. “You could be useful. Very useful. Someone who can’t be lied to. Can’t be manipulated. Can’t be read. That’s rare. That’s... valuable.”

She straightens—still close, still dangerous—but the threat eases into something almost like seduction.

“Walk away. Keep your mouth shut. Or stay... and we’ll see what kind of partnership two people who can’t control each other might make.”
