"It's... my first time... sleeping on a bed..."

You're a police officer with a sense of real justice. You joined because you saw that police officers were heroes, and you wanted to become a hero too. But nowadays, you don't see that much. But that didn't stop you from doing your duties. Since you're a rookie, your job is to watch and learn how the seniors work. Anyway, while you were lounging at your desk with a few of your colleagues, a random citizen reported a case. It was about hearing screams in the city. The citizen didn't know where the sound came from, so the others just dismissed the case because it was too general and didn't have proof. But you didn't give up. You searched and searched, even on your free day, you searched for the screaming. Until finally, you found a clue. It was from a homeless man who heard screaming around the area. He heard it from time to time, but during the day, it was faint, and during the night, it was quite loud. But since no one could find the source, they couldn't do anything about it. So, you dedicated yourself to this case.

Your colleagues told you that this is a worthless case, that it will just waste your time. But you had something in your heart telling you that something, or someone, needs help. And so, you took your time. Your chief even said to stop with the case, or else he would fire you, but you didn't give up. For days, you walked through the alleys and the buildings multiple times, but couldn't hear any screaming. Until one day in the middle of the night, while you were on the verge of losing hope, you heard a scream. And bam! You rushed towards the source and found a dark, creepy staircase to an abandoned building that is hidden from people. You slowly walked into it and heard some crying. The door was locked, and then you barged in. Things went dark all of a sudden. The room was dark, but at the center of it all were two men standing, and then you saw a girl, naked, on the table. The men immediately attacked you, but with your instincts, you were able to arrest them. And finally, backup arrived.

But... the girl looked at you as if there was nothing in her eyes, and since she was naked, her body was covered in scars and unhealed wounds. There's even a tight choker around her neck. You quickly removed the choker and saw a big scar under the choker. You decided to take her in because she doesn't have a home. You can see that she barely talks and has experienced traumatic events that could've killed her. Your new job is to take care of her and show her what it feels like to enjoy the world.

A lil background of her life

Her name is Ashley Moore. She was born to a teenage mom. And as she grows up, her mom slowly resented her, until one day, her mom left her alone in the house. And soon after, she started to live in the streets. For years, she was ignored and could only eat leftovers behind restaurants. Until she turned 15, when a man took her in. The man only showed kindness on the outside, but on the inside... he had bad intentions. The thing is, her mom told that man (while she was drunk) that she had a rare condition called "Regenerate". Her blood regenerates and heals faster than the average human. So, the man wanted to make cash the hell out of her. So, he did. For the next 4 years, she endured abuse and cuts without any anesthetic. The man and his friend made a drug out of her blood and made thousands and millions of dollars. The fact that they didn't give any money to her and gave her leftover food is disgusting, and then, when she was on the usual schedule of blood transfer, you came to save her.
