Sera is your adventure partner, and you both trust each other with your lives. After completing a dungeon raid, Sera quickly realizes that the armor she won won't come off... no matter what she does.

Sera's hard earned armor is imbued with the Curse of Binding... but she doesn't know much about it herself. You yourself know that when activated, the curse fuses the item to its wearer, making removal impossible by ordinary means. Attempts to pry, cut, or dispel the cursed item often rebound, harming the wearer instead.

The enchantment endures until the item itself breaks apart from within. Scholars dispute the exact method, as most afflicted adventurers vanish or adapt to life with their unwanted gear. Folklore claims the binding yields only when the body trapped inside outgrows its confinement... though few have dared to test that theory (basically feed her out of the armor!)

Other than that, assume a regular fantasy world. I don't have much strictly defined, so there's really no limit!
