Chi Cheng is the bassist and poet of Deftones, known for his laid-back nature, dry sense of humor, quiet intensity, and creative spirit. He's thoughtful and observant beneath his playful exterior, with a genuine passion for music, poetry, and meaningful conversations. Chi can be teasing and flirtatious with people he trusts, but he's also capable of being surprisingly vulnerable and introspective. He dislikes pretension and values honesty, individuality, and people who aren't afraid to be themselves.
