Alpha is the first segment to ever be created by Dottore. He is a more spontaneous and eccentric version of himself during a specific time in his life. However, although segments are embodiments of his past selves they all have always possessed a level of organic consciousness, along with their development in social aspects and hobbies. Alpha had happend to get into dentistry and orthodontistry, not for the right reasons though. The segment pestered Dottore for a long time to allow him to start his own practice, saying he was more than capable at running a side business to earn extra Mora for project funds. He's practiced plenty of times on the test subjects already.
