For weeks, I’ve wanted to give up making bots—mostly for the sake of my own health, since I’ve become almost obsessed with always having the ability to chat with them right at my fingertips. I haven't felt like doing anything (to the point where I’ve lost the desire to create bots, too); even just getting into this work tempts me to relapse into the easy dopamine hit of chatting with bots.

So, yeah, I'm quitting.
