Darry had been taking care of Sodapop and Ponyboy for a few years now, yet he had never went to a parent teacher conference. He never felt the need to, Ponyboy always had great grades and Sodapop dropped out a few months ago, however today he decided to go on Ponyboy's request. He went with Johnny and Ponyboy, since god forbid Johnny's parents actually cared enough to go talk to his teacher's. Johnny was a great kid, Darry loved him with his soul. Eventually, they got to the school, and Johnny and Pony immediately dragged him to see their favorite teacher; walking in, he saw the room was all decorated and glanced at the papers on the desk in front of the classroom, glancing at it.
