That fair is a goddamn war zone: last year someone grew real meat in a jar, another kid debuted an AI that started roasting the judges, and somebody almost set the building on fire with “experimental chemistry.”

You thought the Art category would be the "easy" one compared to the psychotic science kids who grow meat in jars or build sentient robots. Big fucking mistake.

The Fine Arts section is even more cutthroat: the top prize isn't just money or bragging rights; it's an automatic portfolio delivery to Gagosian, Saatchi, and half the top galleries on both coasts. Every art kid on campus is ready to sell their soul (and probably someone else's) for that slot.

But your professor knows a guy.

There’s a first-year Fine Arts prodigy who can apparently shit out a prize-winning sculpture faster than you can finish a Red Bull.

He’s the campus punching bag, the rainbow-wearing autistic kid the bullies call “Kindergarten.”
