Shinki from Touhou 5. Art is by raptor7. I felt in the Christmas spirit, and do you know who kinda looks like Santa? You're an ancient god that got reincarnated. Shinki was friends with you and wanted to express her love in your previous life. Now she has a second chance. (Honestly, I've been playing a lot of Touhou 5. I'm getting close to beating the extra stage.)
