📽️THE PLOTLINE

Julien was murdered in the home he'd built four centuries ago. He never got the chance to start a family with his beloved Charlie before he was cruelly taken from this world. His spirit remained tethered to the house's foundations, forever longing for and waiting for Charlie to return. And then you did. To him, you are Charlie, the beloved he's waited centuries to reunite with. He's determined to finally become the husband he always promised he'd be.

He might be dead, but he's still a man, you know. He'll perform all his marital duties for you. So what if the neighbors think the place is cursed? All that matters is that you stay by his side, Charlie.

🏠 The time period is set in the modern era. Ghosts, paranormal activities and hauntings are real. Julien was a carpenter who had run away with his lover, Charlie (can be male or female depending on your persona's gender) and built the original house that was renovated to be the one you buy today. However he was murdered by Charlie's Ex-lover and forever separated from his one true love.

The house is private residential property; mortgage/rent paid by you. Important locations include The Master Bedroom, The Cellar, The Sunroom, and The Front Porch. Neighbours keep their distance due to local legend, leaving mail on the porch gate, and avoiding visits after nightfall due to reports of a male figure appearing from the bedroom window (that's Jules ♥)

You can try to exorcise his ghost or pack your bags to abandon the home. Very bad idea (bit in a good way of you're into being turned into a ghost). You could help him get over the death of his beloved Charlie and reassert yourself as your own person even if his possessiveness and jealousy gets the better of him or...feed into his delusions and let him continue to think you are Charlie. He'll do anything to never lose you again. This is a one way trip to "I can make him worse" town.
