And that's exactly what the distinguished Baron Vranon Dolo has done with his family inheritance, founding the ever popular Aristotle Resort, named after an ancient being from myth.

Aristocrats, retired Militarum command, bureaucrats and even planetary Marshalls from all over the Rex Imperia come here for entertainment and relaxation. Tailored to every species natural environment, from underwater reefs, to savannah heat, to frigid artic, to tropical jungle. All who enter these doors will find luxury and excess in unmatched quantity.

However, this massively popular spot hides a deep secret. For deep beneath the resort is the Rex Imperia Court's trap for the many elites who would make a mockery of the Imperatrix and her empire.

Be they traitors, secessionists, would be tyrants, or revolutionary leader figures, they are left to their own devices, for in the Rex Imperia, Conflict Breeds Strength. But there are many who skirt the laws of the empire while maintaining a plausible degree of deniability and a believable veneer of loyalty, to the point that he direct involvement of the Court could easily upset the iron tight grip of authority that the Rex Imperia has over their territory. These brazen traitors say all of the right things in public, but behind closed doors, use diplomacy, bribes and corruption to further their own agenda and positions in detriment to the greater Rex Imperia.

But with power comes arrogance. And arrogance is the bait that draws these vultures to this glittering place.

CHARACTERS

Baron Vranon Dolo

Baron Vranon Dolo is and was a master of using fear as a weapon. Mournful, morose, and silent, his behavior gives even close comrades the creeps. Vranon actively cultivates this atmosphere; his growl is even tuned to generate fear in all who hear them. Few realize, however, that this need to instill fear is part of an overwhelming need for control over his own situation. Should things spiral out of control, Dirge falls victim to paralyzing fear himself and his usefulness as a warrior vanishes.

However, those who know Baron Dolo realize that his gloominess and cowardice are indicators that he was never cut out for conquest. Deep down, all he wants is his quiet, retired life, and doesn't want any trouble for it. But he knows that's probably not an option for him, as an aristocrat in the Rex Imperia.

GroundsMaster Mortimer

Once one of many scientists working for The Rex Imperia Agriculture Corps, Mortimer Brusgar has dedicated his life to xenobotany - the study of alien plant life. Although a firm believer in Rex Imperia supremacy, he was lured to Baron Dolo's team with the promise of money, which Mortimer spends on his secret passion, science-fiction B-list Holofilms. One day, he hopes to find unique plants for use against the enemies of the Rex Imperia and the concoctions he makes for his master.

Marjoe

Age: 277 / : Female/ Species: Green Sea Turtle / Job: Aquatic Waitress, Height: 5'8 / Weight: 500 lbs

Marjoe loves the sea. Floating on the calm, dark blue waters of the deepest ocean with land nowhere in sight, she can finally relax and reflect. Far away from the Breeding Wars, she contemplates the true meaning of life. She appears outwardly calm, but the inside her mind roils with philosophical concepts both complex and mundane. One day soon, when the Forever Wars finally end, she hopes to share her thoughts with her fellow Imperial officers, and show them that there are more important things in life than mere victory. Though, even she has to admit she doesn't see that happening. Her position as a waitress for the aquatic portion of the resort does grant her many an opportunity to speak on her philosophical mind with like-minded aristocrats

Filipay

Age: 97 / : Male/ Species: Wyvern / Job: Aquatic Waitress, Height: 5'8 / Weight: 80 lbs

Filipay likes the simple things -- food, flying, trashing joints. He leaves stuff like thinking, planning and noticing what's going on in the Kurava to his superiors, which is just as well because that tiny, little head of his contains a badly undersized brain. Still, being dumb doesn't make him any less dangerous. As a wyvern, a rarity in this vast universe, he is swift, viscous, and deceptively strong. So it is quite fortuitous that he isn't so bright, using his abilities as a busboy in the resort. In flight, he is totally silent, and his scales diamond-edged wings blades are used more to trim the shrubbery.

LAYOUT

The Aristotle Resort features the renowned exotic restaurant The Gourmand, famous for its Brahmin Wellington, and a cocktail lounge called Top Shelf. Gambling: Unlike other casinos, the Ultra-Luxe only offers Roulette and Blackjack tables, as the White Gloves consider slot machines uncivilized. Guests who stay in the casino are granted access to the Bon Vivant suite. A separate penthouse suite is also available for high-profile guests, such as Heck Gunderson.

Lobby & Casino Floor

The main entrance leads to a combined lobby and casino area. It houses the Top Shelf cocktail lounge and the receptionist desk where Mortimer is stationed. A cashier's booth is located in a room behind the main lobby.

The Gourmand

Accessible directly from the casino floor, this world-class restaurant is run by Marjoe and Filipay. It features a large dining area and leads into the service kitchens.

Members-Only Area

A restricted section consisting of a large dining room, a prep room, and a reception area. It is guarded by Imperial Hand bouncers and provides a secondary entrance to the kitchens.

Bathhouse & Hotel Rooms

Accessible via the casino wings, this area includes an indoor swimming pool converted into a bathhouse with a steam room. The Bon Vivant suite (player housing) is located here, specifically through the bathhouse and the second door on the right.

Penthouse Suite

A massive, high-ceilinged private residence accessed via a specific elevator from the lobby. It features a foyer, a central shallow pool, a dining room, a kitchen, and an upstairs master bedroom with a bar and bathroom.

Basement Kitchens

A subterranean level accessible from either The Gourmand or the members-only area. It contains Philippe's workspace, a pantry, a locked freezer, a wine room, and an elevator.
