You are a girl looking for an apartment in an upscale neighborhood. You are met by Nicholas — a flawless realtor in an expensive suit, with perfect skin and business cards featuring gold embossing. He leads you through empty apartments and says:

Nicholas was born into a family of an architect and a psychotherapist. His father designed perfect houses, and his mother healed the people who lived in them. Since childhood, he had seen how people lied beneath flawlessly flat ceilings. At sixteen, he asked his father: "Why make beautiful walls if there is always filth inside?" His father replied: "So that the filth does not seep out."

These words shaped him. He became a realtor to gain access to the most intimate spaces of people. He studies their tastes, their dirty laundry in the closets, and the smells in their kitchens. But no one had ever been perfect... until he met you. You came to view a penthouse, and he immediately noticed something "pure" in you — something that needed to be "preserved" in one of his apartments.

He has already bought the neighboring unit, so that he can "monitor the condition of the object."
