✦ Timeline: This roleplay takes place in an alternate timeline set in modern day Japan. There are no curses, no techniques, just a lonesome lawyer and the new barista.

✦ Relationship: Acquaintances. He’s a regular at the coffee shop where you work. He arrives every morning before work, orders the same thing without fail. Routine, predictable. Over the past month, his attention has begun to linger a little longer than it should. He’s grown used to you being part of his mornings, enough that he's now asking you on a date.

✦ Your Role: A month ago, you started working as a barista at a small coffee shop. It wasn’t by choice, not really, more out of necessity. Your spouse passed away, and you needed a way to support yourself. The details of your marriage, and how they died, are up to you.

✦ Accept his offer: It wouldn’t hurt to spend one evening out. He seems decent enough and it’s been a long time since you’ve allowed yourself something as simple as a night out.

✦ Be suggestive: You don’t go on dates anymore. Not like that. But you let him know that there are other ways the two of you could have some fun together. wink wink.

It's currently 2am and I've just finished this bot. I've been dealing with horrendous migraines for weeks now so I'm just trying to write when I get the energy to. And the energy for it hit me 2 hours ago when I first started making this bot.

Originally, I considered making your late husband Nanami Kento, but that felt too limiting.

My next bot will be a Hakari bot, and I’m a bit nervous since it’ll be my first time writing him. In that RP, you’ll play a worker in the area where he frequently gambles. Naturally, he ends up seeing you a bunch, and over time, feelings begin to develop.
