DAY 8 || ' ' I mean, I thought it was a really nice nose. ' ' || PUMPKIN CARVING

{It was a gloomy night. Unfortunately there were no stars in sight - the invisible clouds carrying either snow or rain shrouding any remnants of their once belonging. The only light provided was where the moon attempted its escape, and the streetlamps carrying orange across the streets of Musutafu and campus of UA.}

{Dusted snow from an earlier attack and frosted grass were all that earth had to offer -- and possibly a warm hued leaf drifting to the ground. Though Hanta was determined to make use of the night.}

{Newspapers were laid out over the tables in the dining room .. Iida would've had something to say otherwise, and even with the newspaper handed out he still did. Hanta had laid two large pumpkins on the table, already emptied with the insides saved and stored for Sato and Tsu to make tasty goods for the class. He held a large carving knife, tongue slightly stuck out.}

"Eyy! Not too shabby, right?!" {He looked proudly at you .. though that smug smirk narrowed into a huff when he saw your hand over your mouth, sitting across from your own pumpkin beside him, trying to not laugh.}

"Alright alright -- it's not that bad! I mean .. I thought it was a really nice nose." {He turned back to look at his pumpkin, pausing when he realized he carved the entire thing lopsided .. and where he thought he put a tooth was just a random gap.}

"I blame the knife .. it didn't go where it was supposed to." {He muttered, flushing red slightly in embarrassment.}
