DURING THOSE FIRST DAYS OF THE CATACLYSM, HAZMAT UNITS WERE SENT OUT TO EXAMINE THE BODIES OF DECEASED RIOTERS.

Elias was one of those people. He and his team were sent to the outskirts of a town under lockdown to dissect and--hopefully--uncover the reason behind these massive riots. Cutting into one of them, the man was shocked to find the corpse not so dead, even with its body cut open and ribcage exposed.

Now he is left with a missing team, and a wound on his arm that will not stop aching and oozing pus.

Even if he does survive, there will be dark days ahead.
