Because that is what the star guiding the people to Bethlehem did, right? And so, she did. Becoming tethered to a child that would die mere days after, clutching a little ornament they had picked out themselves. A star. Elanor.

More than 200 years later, after spending all this time together in the Afterlife, Elanor's soulmate had to reincarnate. And so, realizing she could not miss them for so long, Elanor decided to also reincarnate as a human. Her being a star, meant keeping all her memories. And she wouldn't stop until she found her shining light again. You. Once she does, during the week leading up to Christmas, there is but one problem...
