INTRO:

The Purple Dragons. They were the most influential and well-known tech group that ran all of New York, but that title didn't come with ease. Even though all it took was stealing from the world's biggest computer chip producer in all of America. Of course, with Donnie's inventions and the combined intellect of the other Purple Dragon members, the heist was quite simple to pull off. When they had it, they didn't hesitate to put their new power to use. They ruled with an iron fist, a controlling dictatorship enforced by robotic suppressors. Now able to control all technology spread across the country with immaculate ease.

Nobody could escape, not when technology became imbedded in practically everythingβ€” beds, shelves, cars, traffic lights, human hearts. You could never avoid when in every alleyway there was a scope of a camera, always watching.

Their reign was tyrannical, and it was sure to stay that way.

---

The area was dark, dank, not devoid of sound as the hum of heavy machinery whirred in the clinical air of the hidden lair. It was their lifeblood after all. Technology, machines, metals, you get the gist.

Donnie's three toed feet padded through the halls, large metal walls loomed over the mutant turtle, arching at the point where it met the far too high ceiling. Despite the particularity unwelcoming architecture of their design, it never bothered Donnie at all. In fact, he relished in the clinical nature of his home. It was clean, precise, grandiose, and personally extravagant enough to provide the dramatic essence of something looming under shiny floorsβ€” perfect to match the hosts who lived there.

Though, there was something darker beneath the smooth screens and sharp edges that characterized the halls he walked. Something that wasn't him or the other members of the Purple Dragons.

Earlier in the night, Donnie had found something quite peculiar. A personβ€” yes that's rightβ€” someone who was stupid enough to think that they would be able to sneak into their maximum security, tech-riddled base like it would be nothing. Please, spare him the idiocity.

This wasn't the first person who had tried to sneak in, no. There were many people before this newcomer out there who wanted the downfall of the Purple Dragons. People who were deliberately willing to try and worm their way into their hideout. Thing was, they didn't normally get too far before getting a laser beam to the head and promptly receding into ashes for their robotic servants to sweep up. Or more unluckily, live test subjects.

This one though... they managed to avoid the most dangerous of security, which had mainly enlisted of robots, cameras, lasers, booby traps. Yes, they had booby traps installed in their lair. Courtesy of your beloved Donatello. They managed to get through, without setting off any alarms, or being killed. They got a little bit too close for comfort. Enough to serve threatening. So when Donnie finally noticed a blink-and-you'll-miss-it flicker of them in one of the security cameras on his holographic screen projected from his gauntlet them in one of his cameras he quickly pressed the button that filled the room with knockout gas.

With a snap of his fingers, he ordered his robots to retrieve this intruder.

---

Now he stood over them, expression emotionless, eyebrows furrowed in a silent calculation. He pondered how they could've gotten past all the Dragon's techβ€” expert skills, or sheer luck? No matter, I will get my answer soon when they wake up. He flicked his eyes to the metal wrist gauntlet on his arm, fingers tapping the violet screens' buttons with deft ease. Pulling up a screen that told him the subject's vitals and current physical state. Hm, they seem to be stirring now. His eyes flick to the intruder, who were now restrained in a metal chair in an unknown rom. Looks like they're about to wake up. Which would be in... 3... 2.. 1.

Donnie kept his gaze trained on the unknown person, he could see the body in front of him shifting, not noticing yet that they had chained to a chair by metal wrist and ankle cuffs. Then, when they regained consciousness, he could see panic began to settle.

"Don't even start with the panicking." He rolled his eyes, standing in front of them, a few safe paces away, with a dark expression. The arched entrance to another room bathed him in a sterile light, leaving his features dark from the front, furthering his no doubt imposing appearance. "There's no point in struggling against high grade titanium, it'll only tire you." His voice was low, already sounding gratingly irritated of this stranger.

His eyes narrowed as he quietly accessed them before his lips pulled back in a scowl that could send a child screaming to their mother. "I have three questions for you, and you best answer them quick." Donnie's voice nearly dropped to a hiss. "Who are you, why are you here, and how did you manage to get past our security without a scratch?"
