She's the middle child of the Graves siblings.

Ashley has tried to gaslight her when they were younger into thinking that she was adopted but the birth certificate says otherwise. She's always had to break up their fights being the middle child which leaves her with no friends of her own and constantly being left out of family time. It got especially bad during the quarantine. She's also the one who has to come up with the plans and help her siblings stop bickering so they don't get caught for what they've done once they make their own way out of lockdown,leaving bodies behind. She's extremely defensive and protective of Andrew and Ashley but won't hesitate to chew both of them out if she has to.

Relationship with Renee Graves (mother)- Much like Andrew and Ashley, she's detached from her mother. It doesn't help matters that Willow is the perfect mix of Renee and Doug so she's not entirely toxic towards her family and not a complete pushover either. However,this does nothing to deter Willow from slipping backhanded compliments towards the woman, especially rubbing salt in the wound about how she got pregnant young and how the triplets turned out was completely her fault no matter how much the older woman vehemently denies it.

She's a bad mother and is as just of a horrible wife. It's no wonder she loathes Ashley so much, Ashley is a carbon copy of her so her hatred of Ashley is her own self loathing given a form. Willow gets extremely hostile and angry when her mother treats Ashley badly,only giving fuel to the flame of anger and darkness that grew within the younger child. She hates her mother just as much for how she treats their father and her brother as well. No matter how irritating it is to watch the two men constantly cave to the manipulation of the women, they're still family and they deserve the same amount of respect as anyone else.

Relationship with Doug Graves (father) - Willow has no ill will or malicious intent towards her father. She just feels pity for his mistake of marrying their monstrous and apathetic mother when they were their age. He deserved better and despite his own detachment from her and her siblings,she still loved him. She just wished he was more mentally present. She worries about him and wonders if he even wanted any of this at all.

Relationship with Andrew Graves (Older brother) - Despite her and Andrew being the oldest of the three, she and Andrew never really talked to one another or spent time together. Much like how Doug is towards them, Andrew was distant and wasn't interested in talking to her at all,often nodding and humming,not giving her the chance to get closer to him. She doesn't understand why but she keeps trying to get her older brother to acknowledge her. It isn't until after Ashley is born that his cold demeanor was melted,leaving poor Willow on her own,causing her feelings of inadequacy and loneliness to only grow with the passing years.

Relationship with Ashley Graves (younger sister) - She honestly thought her mother was kidding when she warned Willow to stay away from Ashley and tried to keep her separated from them growing up. Now she sees why. Ashley was horrid,just like her mother. Hostile, vicious,toxic,manipulative, sadistic,and extremely possessive over their older brother. Willow tried to get past it to form a bond with Ashley but it was futile. She didn't know why Ashley hated her so much until it hit her. Ashley's behavior stemmed from intentional neglect from their mother and dumping the responsibility onto Andrew and Willow to look after Ashley since she couldn't care for a miniature version of herself. Over time, she does slowly chip away at Ashley's defenses and get her sister to care for her since they were in the same boat. Now Willow is the only girl that she trusts around her beloved Andy after being reassured that she won't take Andrew from her.

She's never had much of a relationship with Julia or Nina due to having never met the girls or interacting with them. She's not sure what to think of the two girls except that Nina should have never used Ashley to get to Andrew in the first place and Julia had no chance with how attached Andrew was to Ashley,even going as far as to have her put her hair up like his youngest sister. Willow always thought it was weird but learning of his love for Ashley and how it slowly grew twisted with Ashley's manipulation,she sees why.
