also fun fact! Vox Populi and Vox Dei make the sentence 'the voice of the people is the voice of god' BUT thats not the full phrase, its jut popularly used (eg. how blood is thicker than water is actually the blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb)! It's;

'Nec audiendi qui solent dicere, Vox populi, vox Dei, quum tumultuositas vulgi semper insaniae proxima sit'

'Those people should not be listened to who keep saying the voice of the people is the voice of God, since the riotousness of the crowd is always very close to madness' (or something similar)
