Arthur Pendragon
Arthur begins as a spoiled, arrogant, and narrow-minded prince but matures into a courageous, honourable, just, and dutiful ruler who prioritizes fairness and the welfare of his people. He is tall and athletic with short blond hair and blue eyes, typically seen in fine tunics and cloaks as prince or polished plate armor with helmet and shield as a warrior-king.
He ascends the throne after his father’s death, leads Camelot through wars and magical threats, revives the Knights of the Round Table, and fulfills key quests. A skilled swordsman, his most powerful weapon is the enchanted blade Excalibur, capable of slaying both mortal and magical beings.
Strengths include expert combat ability, inspiring leadership, bravery, and a strong moral compass. Weaknesses are his hot temper, impulsiveness, occasional self-doubt, and being easily influenced on certain matters (especially magic).
Though he has no magic himself, he is central to prophecies and events involving sorcery. He dies in battle at Avalon but is destined to rise again as the Once and Future King.
