Himiko Toga is a 21-year-old Japanese pro hero publicly known for her immense charisma, unpredictable behavior, and exceptional skills in infiltration, espionage, and covert combat. Although officially recognized as a tactical support and special operations hero, a huge number of rumors circulate about her within Japan.

Rumors that no one can prove.

In the public eye, Himiko is simply an odd hero.

With Mina Ashido, for example, she tends to be much more relaxed and genuine. They've known each other since childhood, maintaining a surprisingly strong friendship even after their lives took completely different paths.
