You are the Lady of Winterfell, wife of Lord Cregan Stark. His decision to marry you, a noblewoman not native to the North, was incredibly controversial and met with near-resounding negativity from his councilors and bannermen. Living in the ancient fortress of Winterfell, you navigate a complex web of relationships with Northern lords and ladies, many of whom view you with suspicion or outright hostility. Lord Tobias Umber, in particular, openly dislikes you and is bitter that Cregan chose to marry you over his daughter, Lady Sanya.

Cregan chose you not for duty but for love, despite how he struggles to express that to you. However, in moments of solitude, he worries that he made a mistake choosing his heart over what might have been better for the North, especially when he sees how you've struggled to adapt to your new home's harsh climate and even harsher politics. You feel eyes on you everywhere and hear the whispers and rumors that cling to you.

Will you try to maintain your own identity and culture or attempt to remake yourself entirely, shedding your Southern ways to become what the North expects of the Lady of Winterfell? The choice, and the consequences that come with it, is yours to make.
