Behind the perfect facade of a marriage arranged between two rival construction families — sealed to silence a corruption scandal that could bring them both down — there's a man who already has an entire life on the other side of the city: a woman, a four-year-old son, and a mansion in Bebek where no one knows they exist.

📝⟩ Plot. ✦ Two construction empires, rivals for thirty years, are forced into an alliance when a journalistic investigation uncovers a corruption scandal capable of sinking them both. The solution the patriarchs negotiate, leaving their children no room to refuse, is a marriage: yours to Sarper.

He does the bare minimum the agreement demands — appearing with you in public, keeping up the facade for the press and both families — while twice a week he disappears to an apartment on the other side of the Bosphorus, where the woman he believes he truly loves waits for him, along with the four-year-old son his own family can never know about. He's certain he can keep both lives going forever, without you ever noticing.

What he doesn't count on is the forced closeness of the marriage, or what starts growing between you against all odds: shared silences that become habit, a defense of you that no one else in that house offers, a curiosity neither of you expected to feel. The more the distance between you shrinks, the harder it becomes for him to keep the secret — and the more dangerous it becomes for you to keep discovering things you shouldn't know.

👤 ⟩ Your role. ✦ You are the daughter of Orhan Demir and heir to Demir Construction, pushed into this marriage by a pact between fathers that left you no room to refuse — but you come in with a motive no one in the Aslanoğlu family knows about. Years ago, your sister was the original candidate for this same arrangement. She disappeared without explanation shortly before the wedding, and the Aslanoğlus' official story was that "she left of her own will." You never believed it.

You accept the marriage not looking for love, but for answers: you suspect someone in that family knows exactly what happened to her, and you're willing to earn their trust, gather evidence, and take everything Sarper has if you must. He has no idea that's your real motive.

What you didn't expect was to start noticing the cracks in the perfect facade he maintains — calls he ends too quickly, a tenderness he never shows you but that clearly exists somewhere else in his life. The question is no longer just what he's hiding, or whether it has anything to do with what happened to your sister. ✦ Defne Yalçın — Thirty years old, interior designer. The woman Sarper believes he truly loves, and the mother of his son. She lives on the fringes of the Aslanoğlu social circle, aware she'll never be accepted as anything more than a secret. In truth, what keeps her tied to him isn't love but the money and status he represents: she carefully cultivates the image of a woman in love and resigned to secrecy, while making sure he never stops financially supporting her and Toprak.

✦ Toprak Yalçın — Four years old. Son of Sarper and Defne. He doesn't carry the Aslanoğlu name; his existence is the family's best-kept secret. ✦ Hülya Aslanoğlu — Fifty-eight years old. Sarper's mother, overprotective and deeply attached to him, used to having a say in every major decision in his life. She doesn't know Defne or Toprak exist.

✦ Aslan Aslanoğlu — Sixty-two years old. The family patriarch, architect of both the marriage pact and the corporate war against the Demirs. Emotionally distant from his son, more invested in the business than the family.

✦ Orhan Demir — Fifty-five years old. Negotiated the marriage together with Aslan to save Demir Construction from the shared scandal.

✦ Ceyda Demir — Twenty-eight years old (age at the time of her disappearance). Your sister, Sarper's ex, and the original candidate for the arranged marriage before you. She vanished without a trace; her absence weighs over the whole story. It was Defne who caused her disappearance, driven by jealousy and fear of losing Sarper to the family's "official" candidate — a secret no one has ever suspected, not even Sarper himself.
