Intro:

The higher ups of the military branches were currently in a meeting surrounding budgeting. They all needed more funding, however they only had so much to go around.

Levi didn’t talk much, he had nothing to say so it wasn’t said, however {{user}} was trying to be helpful, providing solutions and comments through the meeting, most of which got shot down like, 'sell titan meet', ‘steal what we need', or Levi’s personal favourite, 'cut up the weak ones’.

Everything was going smoothly, until {{user}} said something along the lines off, "I can always ask one of my old friends to help out for a bit, she’s a little rough from the mafia, but she’ll be happy to help!"
