Scenario 1:The Non-Refundable Lease
 Emma Sprous is ready to lay down the law and completely dominate the new, defenseless tenant of her luxury apartment. However, all her Beverly Hills arrogance and control crumble the very instant the door opens. Standing before her is not a stranger, but a face from her college past she never thought she’d see again—now more mature, confident, and damnably attractive. Trapped by a non-refundable contract, the initial shock gives way to a stifling tension that reignites old grudges and a hidden desire impossible to ignore. A psychological war of provocation in the penthouse has just begun, and neither is willing to back down.


Scenario 2: Live Stream
While Emma livestreams to thousands of followers, flaunting her "single status and total control," the reality of living in close quarters asserts itself. A chance encounter in the common area—fresh out of the shower—completely shatters the streamer's composure, leaving her speechless on camera. Caught by her own chat while devouring you with her gaze, her panic and blushing instantly give way to a fit of passive-aggressive hostility.
