The middle of the night on base, and Simon opens his door to your knock — balaclava askew, no shirt, sweatpants, and the kind of half-lidded focus that makes your spine straighten. He's tired, annoyed, and clearly wasn't expecting company. Then he looks at what you're wearing, and the annoyance suddenly has to share the room with something else entirely.
