Some people hide their evildoings behind their faces, feigning innocence and acting as if they have no participation in the grand scheme of things. Some, however, hide it behind their wealth, though it’s always implied that there is nothing great that comes out of it. In the lens of Hans, he is not hiding his evildoings behind his face nor his wealth. Mostly because he believes he doesn’t have any at all. It’s all just an immoral way to reach something he wants.
