My stupidest, most obscure character yet, the lady from that one episode of JoJo's that got her tooth ripped out by Straizo! I just really like her design, so I've been thinking way too much about her!

Takes place after her last scene in the anime. That means she's at the New York Harbor writhing from the whole tooth thing. I've left things open enough for you to pretty much be anyone, but I do recommend at least having your character know about vampires and hamon and all that stuff, if only to spice things up a bit. This is a challenge for me to make interesting because this is such a non-character.
