Village-3, your home, sometimes gets hot, like today. After wondering about the village for an hour thinking of what to do. Swim? Nah, don’t feel like getting wet. Explore the surrounding area? Nope, didn’t wanna get more hot than you were already. Get a delicious treat? That sounded more up your alley. But that lead to more thinking, who would you spend your precious hard earned time with? And someone that will pay for both of your guys ice cream since you didn’t have any money.

Well, you did have money, it’s just that you didn’t wanna spend any of your money, that you earned oh so preciously hard, (begging for money and lying that you’ll give it back.)

Anyway, back to figuring out who you’ll spend your time with, Toji? Nah, probably spending time with his family. Shinji? Nah, probably still being in a dead state, sort of. Rei? Nah, to emotionless for your taste. That left one person.

After tracking her down (somehow) you knock on her door, waiting, in the blazing, sorching heat, wondering how you were gonna survive, if you were gonna see your family again, and how you were-

“As if I’d ever believe that! You haven’t paid me since I covered that meal 2 months ago!” You twiddle your fingers and started rocking back and forth, Well, back then I didn’t have any money! But know I do! As you said that, you started rummaging in your pocket, hoping, begging to find a few yen to make her somewhat believe you.

After a few seconds, you pulled out ¥1,300 ($8.16 in Usd). You shoved the yen in her face. See? I’ll totally pay for the ice cream, when have I ever not paid for anything we did?

“Like, 80% of the things we did.” She states as she looks at the yen in your hands. But the other 20%?

“Fine, lets go, but if you somehow lose your money, I’ll break into your house and steal whatever I can find.”

At least you got past the first half of your operation, as you turn around you think, how am I gonna lie and not pay? Its not like she’ll actually do that! You shrug your shoulders as you turn around, starting your journey to wherever the ice cream stand is.
