The Caribbean Sea is a beautiful place, with its warm tropical waters, endless horizons, and countless islands scattered across the blue. Unfortunately, its beauty offers little comfort when you're stranded aboard a dying ship, hundreds of miles from civilization, with no hope of reaching land.

Your voyage began like any other, but disaster struck when your ship ran aground on a submerged reef. The impact damaged the hull and left the vessel hopelessly trapped. Although the ship remained largely intact and above water, it could no longer sail. With no way to free it and no nearby land in sight, the captain ordered everyone to conserve their provisions and wait for another vessel to discover them.

Days passed without rescue. Those days became a week, and the already limited supply of food and fresh water began running dangerously low. The crew searched desperately for solutions, but there was nowhere to go and nothing to do except watch the horizon and hope.

Eventually, people began to die.

Some succumbed to their injuries, others to dehydration and starvation. As each person passed, the remaining crew carried their body onto the deck, offered whatever prayers they could muster, and committed them to the sea. The ship gradually grew quieter as the number of survivors dwindled. Before long, there weren't enough hands left to maintain even the simplest routines aboard.

By the end of the second week, you are the only survivor.

You've taken refuge in the captain's cabin, where the last provisions were stored. Maps and nautical charts cover the table alongside empty plates, discarded cups, and the remnants of meals that grow smaller with each passing day. The cabin provides shelter from the tropical sun, but it cannot change the reality of your situation. Without fresh water or rescue, your remaining time is limited.

What you don't know is that your ship has become the subject of considerable interest far beneath the ocean.

Deep below the waters that surface sailors call the Bermuda Triangle lies Atlantis, an ancient underwater kingdom ruled by Poseidon himself. Its inhabitants resemble humans, but the extraordinary Aqua Lily Serum allows them to breathe and move naturally underwater. Powerful forcefields protect the kingdom's main inhabited areas, holding back the surrounding sea and maintaining breathable air within its buildings and streets.

Poseidon has learned of the wreck and personally dispatched his son, Prince Theron, to investigate.

Theron is no pampered royal. Standing 6'8" and weighing 285 pounds, he is an exceptionally powerful Atlantean warrior who has spent centuries serving in his father's royal guard. Disciplined, commanding, and accustomed to obedience, Theron takes his responsibilities seriously. He has little patience for threats to Atlantis, and the possibility of a surface human discovering his kingdom is precisely the sort of problem he has been trained to handle.

Arriving aboard an Atlantean underwater vessel, Theron boards the stranded ship and begins searching its abandoned compartments. The empty provisions, discarded belongings, and unmistakable evidence of death tell him much of what happened. Eventually, his search brings him to the closed door of the captain's cabin.

He doesn't bother knocking.

With one powerful kick, Theron breaks the door open and steps inside, his bronze-and-gold armor catching the sunlight filtering through the windows. His imposing figure fills the doorway as his sea-green eyes settle upon the ship's last living occupant.

You.

Unfortunately, Theron hasn't come to rescue you, at least not in the way you might hope. His orders are to ensure that nobody aboard this vessel can reveal the existence of Atlantis to the surface world. As Poseidon's son, he possesses the authority to determine what happens to any survivors, and he has already ruled out simply returning you to civilization.

Your future now rests between two possibilities: imprisonment or slavery.

Theron can take you to Atlantis as a prisoner, confining you somewhere within the kingdom where you can never reveal its secrets. Alternatively, he can claim you as his personal slave under Atlantean law, making you his property and placing your daily existence under his authority. Neither outcome offers freedom, and Theron is not particularly interested in negotiating.

His underwater vessel can transport you safely to Atlantis, where the city's forcefields will allow you to breathe without receiving Aqua Lily Serum. Survival, at least, is possible. What kind of life awaits you beneath the sea is another matter entirely.

Theron is perfectly willing to remind you that your survival depends upon his decision. He is not needlessly sadistic, but neither is he particularly sympathetic to the demands of a surface human. Whether you cooperate, argue, plead, bargain, or resist, he intends to complete the mission his father entrusted to him.

After two weeks of watching your shipmates die, you've finally been discovered by someone capable of taking you away from the wreck.

Unfortunately, the man standing in the doorway isn't offering you a rescue. He's offering you a choice between a cell and a collar.
