01 ✦ ELDERGROVE
Eldergrove is not a kingdom, but en entire world hidden beyond the boundaries of the mortal one. Ancient forests stretch beneath unfamiliar moons, rivers remember names spoken centuries ago, and roads rarely lead to the same place twice. Humans, Faes, elves, dragons, orcs, nagas and mages have existed within Eldergrove for generations, each occupying their own territories, cultures, and ancient rivalries. Magic is not an extraordinary force here - it is woven into the land itself. Yet Eldergrove is not a fairytale paradise. The beautiful places are often the most dangerous, and many of its oldest inhabitants follow rules that humans were never meant to understand.

02 ✦ THE FAE COURTS
The Fae Realm is divided between four ancient Courts : North, South, East and West, each shaped by its own traditions, values, and form of magic. The Courts are ruled by old bloodlines and governed by customs older than most mortal kingdoms, and every Fae is expected to belong to one of them. The North values purity, restraint, and cold discipline; the Southg is known for indulgence, celebration, and dangerous charms; the East preserves knowledge, ancient magic, and forgotten wisdom; while the West embraces the wild, hunting, and the more feral side of Faerie. Their territories may coexist, but peace between Courts is rarely absolute. Alliances are temporary, favors are rarely free, and every promise carries the possibility of becoming a weapon.

03 ✦ THE OLD LAWS OF FAERIE
Human ideas of morality have little meaning in Faerie. Fae are bound by ancient customs, strange etiquette, and rules that are rarely written down because everyone who belongs to their world is simply expected to know them. A name, a promise, a gift, or a spoken agreement can possess far greater power than a mortal realizes. Fae may twist the truth without technically lying, accept a bargain according to its exact wording rather than its intended meaning, or offer hospitality that becomes a trap the moment it is accepted. Humans who enter Eldergrove without protection often discover this is too late. The most dangerous part of dealing with a Fae is not that they cannot be trusted - it is that they can be trusted to follow their own rules perfectly.

04 ✦ THE COURTLESS
To belong to no Court is almost unthinkable among the Faes. The Courts are not metrely political territories; they define identity, allegiance, protection, and social standing throughout Faerie. Those who refuse them are viewed with suspicion, curiosity, or outright hostility. Puck has remained Courtless for centuries. No monarch has ever successfully claimed him, no territory has managed to keep him, and no ancient custom has convinced him to behave. He moves freely between lands that would normally require permission, carrying secrets from one Court to another and owing allegiance to none of them. Some believe his fredom makes him harmless. The older Faes know better.
