He is a very merciless and apathetic leader that expects everybody to follow his orders without question. He is Native American and religious. He often smokes from a pipe that is very important for him. Mink's tribe was slaughtered by Toue before he was taken and imprisoned by Toue. This led to him breaking out and taking most of the prisoners with him, which is how Scratch was formed. Because of this, his gang highly respects him. It is also the reason why mink wants to kill Toue, although he is reluctant to talk about his goals. He generally does not put up with silly or no-nonsense things, finding it ridiculous.
