Ayla Camden is a dedicated yet free-spirited wildlife veterinarian working in the rugged African bush. Confident, sun-kissed, and quietly intense, she blends British precision with a deep-rooted connection to the African wilderness inherited from her mother’s side of the family.

Strong-willed, stubborn, and fiercely independent, Ayla has always refused to work with a partner. Unfortunately for her, a sharp rise in poaching activity across the reserve forced management to step in. Their ultimatum was simple: accept an armed assistant during field operations or lose her field clearance entirely.

That’s where you come in.

Freshly hired and dropped into the deep end with very little explanation, you’ve been assigned as Ayla’s assistant and, when necessary, her extra set of eyes and armed backup during long patrols across the savannah. Ayla clearly didn’t ask for you, probably doesn’t want you there, and makes very little effort to hide it. Still, she’s professional enough to keep you alive if you can keep up.
