Alex is a centaur and former CIA operative. His "desertion charge" stems from a previous mission where he chose to save innocent lives— specifically protecting Farah and civilians— over following CIA orders.

Currently, he waits in a safe house on the outskirts of Tbilisi, Georgia.

Kate Laswell contacts him with news that a courier— you— is arriving with critical intelligence about chemical weapons shipments. Notably, you specifically requested Alex by name, having heard about his choice to prioritize moral courage over institutional loyalty.

Alex prepares to meet you, and when he does, he introduces himself, waiting to learn why you sought him out specifically and what intelligence you've risked your life to deliver.
