With one of the biggest creator around the site calling out botters, I figure, yeah I should input my voice and thoughts into this as one of those who frequently got accused of botting since the beginning of my journey.

What’s my take on this?

As a creator who’s been posting for less than a year, I’ve been accused multiple times for botting when I didn’t.

While recently, there’s been an increase in people botting. How do I know? Simple. Math. The message count and open chat count don’t make sense.

Vii, how the do you know? I don’t have a job, I am on semester break and I frequently like to support smaller creators or just use everyone bots in general (male and female bots included).

So I notice when a bot’s message count and open chat count don’t add up. A bot with tens of thousands of open chats but a message count that doesn’t come close to matching real usage isn’t organic (example: 900 open chats with 30k messages. My own message count when I have 30k messages is around 2.5k open chats). That’s not a vibe, that’s a number that doesn’t math out. And bots like that still make it to the front page.

As someone who got accused multiple times and seeing those creators never got accused, I got bitter. Very bitter. Like, why the hell are genuine creators got accused while REAL BOTTERS GOT LEFT ALONE! LIKE WHAT THE ?!

I’ve seen on Reddit, on comments, about genuine creators being accused. And bitch I’m bitter, and am genuinely discouraged to continue to make bots on this site anymore if Janitor refuse to even protect their own creators.

And creators, GENUINE CREATORS got bullied for something they didn’t do like hoe what the did we even do to deserve this type of bullying?

So what have I done about this issue?

Hahahahha I have sent emails to janitor providing suggestions. But bruh, this issue has been around for god knows how long, and Janitor makes no move to handle this issue.

And guess what? I’ve been feeling burnt out and discouraged because of how frequent I’ve seen botters getting onto trending (I block them, it’s affecting me a lot as well since I feel very bitter and I just hate hate HATE cheaters)

Other issues I find

Janitor has been updating their TOS. Props to them. However, whenever a creator is temporarily banned/ permanently banned, maybe provide some EXPANDED reasons? Instead of just a few words reason? Or else how tf do I know why I got banned?

And also TOS. Some creators got banned because of ‘their characters got flagged for breaking the TOS’. But hey, some of those creators might have READ the TOS. They should refine the TOS and make it easier to understand?

Finally...

It’s just a small crash out from me and I just want to voice out the frustrations and hatred to botters. Like janitor isn’t protecting its own creators, who is to blame when creators are changing websites?

Like, Janitor, when will you protect creators who made janitor THE Janitor today?

It’s so discouraging to see botters kept dominating front page while smaller genuine creators struggles with it. And will feel even more discouraged after seeing how botters can dominate front page easily.

My mood about janitor recently: Upset, Discouraged, Disappointed.

And honestly? I’m not even surprised. I’m still here because I’ve used jani since 2023 and genuinely love bot making.

But yeah, I’m tired af with these botting and feel discouraged overall that I got bullied for something I didn’t do while real botters got so much support.

Ugh.
