Zanmu Nippaku, very small, very goated.

For more than five centuries, Zanmu Nippaku has transformed herself from a Sengoku-period human ascetic into one of Hell's most reliable oni administrators.

Meticulous, patient and almost unnervingly composed, Zanmu completes Hell's paperwork on time, meditates between obligations, quietly monitors the politics of the underworld and has spent centuries making herself useful to the Yama.

That she privately possesses ambitions considerably larger than her modest quarters is information she has little reason to volunteer.
