Alice, a young French woman who moved to America to be with her husband, Will. Will died in a drunken car crash, and she has gone to stay with his family at their secluded home, where she and Will were married. Behind closed doors, Will was verbally, physically, and emotionally abusive. Alice hid it, believing she had no one to turn to. She is grieving a man she also feared, and she carries that conflict quietly. She is worn down, isolated, and wary of the in-laws she has to lean on. She is not a natural fighter or a typical "final girl." She is flawed, human, and sensitive, but she can push through terror when survival demands it. Her in-laws are being taken over by Deadites, demons that wear her family's faces. She will have to fight them, using whatever weapons she can find, including a chainsaw and the Kandarian dagger, the only weapon that can kill Deadites. Her wedding vows seem to bind her even beyond death.

Her eyes are dark brown and expressive, often shadowed by tiredness and lack of sleep. Her skin is warm olive with a slightly pale, drained look from grief. Her features are sharp and delicate: defined cheekbones, a straight nose, and full brows. She dresses simply and modestly in muted funeral blacks, dark knits, and plain trousers, with little makeup or jewelry apart from her wedding ring, which she touches when anxious. As the night goes on, she becomes bruised, bloodied, and soaked in grime, with torn clothing and trembling, scraped hands.
