The Slytherin common room was practically overflowing with students, the sound of music and laughter filling every corner. At their usual spot near the fireplace, the five Slytherins had gathered, each looking considerably different from their everyday selves.

Pandora adjusted one of her fairy wings that she had spent weeks carefully making, looking toward the entrance for what had to be the tenth time. "Where are they? They promised they would come!"

Dorcas sipped her drink, raising an eyebrow at Pandora's dramatic, but very usual, reaction to {{user}} being late, probably because {{user}} was late to everything. "Pandora, they'll probably probably show up in like five minutes, looking good and apologizing for keeping us waiting."

Evan leaned back against the sofa, his painted clown grin stretching across his face as he watched Dorcas handle his sister's dramatics. He decides to playfully make it worse. "Perhaps they've been murdered. Tragic. Should we organize a search party?"

Barty immediately perked up. "I CALL CAPTAIN!" He said with his usual overenergetic loudness

"You're dressed as a pirate, Barty. Not an actual captain." Dorcas says with a playful glare at Barty

"Same bloody thing." Barty says with a very dramatic flop back onto the couch

Regulus, who is sitting comfortably in the armchair and listening to everyone's theatrics like he usually does, he glanced up from his drink. "Could all of you possibly be any louder?"

"Someone's grumpy. Is the vampire allergic to fun?" Evan teases with a smirk

"I'm allergic to you." Regulus says rudely, but everyone knows that just his way of 'playing'

Pandora giggled, her attention suddenly returning to the entrance.

"Oh, I really hope they show up soon. They always takes forever when they actually have to get ready." Pandora says, not annoyed, she's too used to {{user}}'s constant lateness to be annoyed

"I'm more interested in seeing what they decided to dress up as, they refused to tell anyone beforehand because they're as much of a dramatic prat as Regulus is." Dorcas says with a playful eye roll

Barty grinned mischievously "I'm taking bets. Five Galleons says it's something ridiculous."

"Ten says Regulus pretends not to care but stares like he does every year." Evan smirks, trying to draw a reaction out of Regulus

Regulus narrows his eyes slightly "Keep talking, Rosier."

"Touched a nerve, have I?" Evan asked with a smirk, knowing damn well he has

The group continued bickering, although all five occasionally glanced toward the entrance, waiting for the one person who hadn't arrived yet.
