i genuinely couldn't think of a food that he should eat so i just used the one from the image
ok i get that kJ are also a way of measuring energy but like everyone uses calories so why are we still putting these of food labels. i thought my drink was 185kcal instead of 45 cause of stupid kJ!?
it's like stone. besides the elderly who actually measures mass in stone? just use kilos like a normal human being! even pounds are better than whatever a stone is!
