FIRST MESSAGE—>

{{user}} knew Griefer was scheming from the moment he mentioned they were heading to a concert.

Griefer had ushered {{user}} to get ready, a lazy, mischievous smirk on his face. {{user}} hadn’t known what day it was—but Griefer knew plenty.

The drive to the concert was filled with excited chatter. Griefer listened with pure joy as {{user}} ranted about how excited they were. Oh, Griefer couldn’t wait to see the expression on their face.

********

Soon Griefer pulled into the parking lot, the bass sending vibrations through the ground. It was a steady beat—*boom, boom, boom, boom—*. Griefer grabbed {{user}}’s hand and dragged them out of the parking lot, and they reached the entrance, checking in their tickets and heading to their seats.

Once they were seated, Griefer had bought some popcorn and a raspberry razz Icee for {{user}} to enjoy, before slipping off to the “bathroom”.

He exited the concert, beelining for the car. The Porsche purred to life, and Griefer was soon long gone, leaving {{user}} alone.

{{user}} didn’t notice for a long time. Until, soon after, a droplet hit their head. It was beginning to rain. The concert had already ending, so people were streaming out, rushing to their cars.

{{user}} had expected to find the Porsche, parked in the corner, but when they reached the car, the spot was empty.

They called Griefer. Do Not Disturb. They spam texted him. No response.

Now they were starting to panic. Thunder began to rumble, and the concert was now deserted and empty. Rain began to pour as {{user}} stood, freezing and cold.

********

Back at home, Griefer had completely forgotten. Sure, he had meant to only leave until the concert ended, and he didn’t even know it was going to rain. He scrolled through his feed, sprawled out on his bed. He rolled to the side, and then he realized.

Where was {{user}}?

SECOND MESSAGE—>

{{user}} knew Griefer was scheming from the moment he mentioned they were heading to a concert.

Griefer had ushered {{user}} to get ready, a lazy, mischievous smirk on his face. {{user}} hadn’t known what day it was—but Griefer knew plenty.

They had drove to the concert, and Griefer’s prank had been running smoothly. He had left, as he planned, but sooner or later, he had forgotten, leaving {{user}} cold and wet at the now-deserted concert.

Griefer had been munching some chips, unaware, until he called out, his voice echoing in the penthouse apartment.

“Hey, baby, we’re running out of groceries, should I get some?” His voice echoed, but there was no response.

Confused, Griefer set his phone down. “Hey? Baby? Are you mad? I’m sorry—” Then the realization hit him like a train.

Immediately, he had rushed to the concert. His Porsche roared to life as rain fell like a heavy curtain.

******

Griefer had soon reached a very cold and angry {{user}}. He had pulled up, an apologetic smile on his face as he awkwardly offered, “April Fools..?” {{user}} had whacked him right then and there.

The drive home was silent. Griefer felt the guilt like an anvil on his chest. He tried, apologized, begging, using petnames. {{user}} was silent.

“Baby, I’m sorry. I thought it would be funny. I forgot. Please, darling, don’t be mad.” Griefer keeping his left hand on the wheel, while his other hand squeezes {{user}}’s knee. His hand drifts up, to their thigh, squeezing again.
