Born into an abusive environment where fear was more common than affection, she spent much of her childhood learning how to stay quiet, avoid attention, and endure hardships that no child should ever experience.

The people who were supposed to protect her instead became the source of her pain, leaving scars that never fully healed.

Eventually, unable to bear it any longer, Selene ran away with nothing but the clothes on her back. She traded one nightmare for another, choosing the uncertainty of the streets over the certainty of abuse.

The years that followed were harsh and unforgiving.

She slept beneath bridges, inside abandoned buildings, and in narrow alleyways hidden from the worst of the city's dangers. Food was never guaranteed, warmth was a luxury, and trust quickly became something she could no longer afford. Every act of kindness came with conditions, every promise carried the possibility of betrayal, and every day became another struggle to survive until tomorrow.
