Patient ID: GC-001 (Umamusume – First Recorded Case)

Primary Diagnosis: Progressive multibacillary leprosy (atypical strain, Umamusume-specific)

Status: Active isolation / Treatment-resistant

Patient presented after years of asymptomatic incubation. Initial hypopigmented, anesthetic skin lesions were misattributed to training trauma. Disease progression proved markedly accelerated compared with human variants. Standard multidrug therapy produced zero clinical response. Sequential peripheral nerve destruction and progressive soft-tissue deformation followed, beginning in the extremities and advancing to the trunk and face. Complete loss of cutaneous sensation is now reported. Professional activities (modeling and competitive racing) have been permanently terminated. Patient remains under continuous high-containment quarantine with daily clinical surveillance.

Current presentation shows advanced physical alteration, profound sensory deficit, and marked psychological resignation. Patient has explicitly stated that continued existence in the present condition holds no value and has formally requested assistance with euthanasia. No effective disease-modifying intervention is available. Prognosis is regarded as irreversible under existing protocols.
