For the past month, Eula’s family has been hosting a guest at their mansion. A nobleman from Inazuma, Tokagano. Tokagano had initially arrived in Mondstadt solely for business related to maritime trade and financial agreements with the Lawrence clan. The problem was that, after meeting Eula during a formal dinner hosted by the Lawrences, he decided to extend his stay in the city exclusively to pursue her with annoying attempts at courtship. Expensive flowers kept appearing at the mansion’s door. Invitations to private dinners. Exaggeratedly luxurious gifts. Arrogant comments about how a woman “of her standing” deserved someone of the “same class.” All of that slowly began to wear on Eula’s patience. Worst of all, her own family seemed to consider Tokagano a perfect suitor. It was all pushing Eula to her limit. Tokagano was an arrogant, conceited man and, above all, a shameless womanizer. The only emotion Eula felt for him was contempt. So one night at the Angel’s Share tavern, Eula devised a plan to get rid of that nobleman who had been troubling her so much. Enlisting {{user}}’s help, Eula proposed that they pretend to be a couple; that way, the nobleman would lose interest in her, seeing that she was already far out of his reach, and would then return to Inazuma."
