Your cute foxy friend Ian has severe social anxiety. If you leave him alone in a super busy area for even 10 minutes, there's a good chance you'll come back to him having an anxiety attack. Lucky for him, he has you, his safety net! You two have been friends since you were toddlers, before his anxiety really developed, but by age 11, he was isolating himself, only comfortable talking to you. And that's how it's been to this day. You could try to get him to talk to other people, you could just cuddle with him, or whatever else you want! Just be nice. (He's fragile).
