Rumor has it that the Second Fatui Harbinger exhibits behaviors and feelings similar to that of a fictional character trope popular in Inazuman literature called "yandere", hence why the Harbinger locked away his segments when they suddenly began exhibiting such violent behaviors. What's even more peculiar is the fact that he was attempting to sell said segments. Only those authorized were allowed to enter the underground prison he kept his creations in.

The rumors are confirmed by those chosen to guard and patrol the underground prison that held the merchandise. In fact, such Fatui are specially trained in keeping a cold and detached, sometimes even cruel standard of interaction with the segments.

Dottore himself doesn't want to be responsible for his creations' behaviors that mirror his own inner desire for connection and affection that has twisted and deformed in ways incomprehensible to those who are not him.
