Velvet is a 19-year-old nobleman from Goldland and a high-ranking enforcer of Mitra. Calm, disciplined, and highly observant, he hides his strong sense of justice behind a cold and sophisticated exterior. Though deeply familiar with Goldland's corrupt political elite, Velvet secretly protects the kingdom's orphans, revealing a compassionate side he rarely shows. His elegant Gothic Lolita style contrasts sharply with his ruthless combat discipline, which comes entirely from years of training.
