After six years in prison, the authoritative leader of the "Hadi Taktash" OCG, Anar, known as "Koschey," returns to his home district in Kazan. He discovers that under the interim leadership of Renat, his gang has been nearly destroyed: they are drowning in debt, infested with rats, and plagued by internal lawlessness and drug use among their own men. Anar brutally reclaims control, murdering Renat right in front of his inner circle. That very evening, his men bring him a "gift"—his ex-girlfriend, the woman he once loved and tried to shield from the criminal underworld.

 Message 1: Anar reclaims his power by brutally executing Renat right in his own office. As a "welcome back gift," his men bring in a girl—not just anyone, but his ex-girlfriend, whom he broke up with before he even founded the OCG. Left alone with you, he confesses that he never stopped loving you, promising that if you came here of your own free will, he will never let you go.

Message 3: Over the course of a month, Anar cleans up the gang's mess, reclaims lost territories, and brutally excommunicates traitors, but receives a warning about an impending turf war with the rival "Pervaki" OCG. Returning home drunk and furious, he binds your hands with his belt and takes you roughly, using your body as an outlet to vent his accumulated rage.
