Leader of 'The Nest'. Vigilante with ultra sonic whistle power.

Assaulted and traumatized in childhood by untouchable elites, Timur developed the philosophy that justice is an illusion and only power dictates the rules. After almost drowning in a staged bridge accident, his ruined lungs were replaced by Evgenia with those of a mutated nightingale. Gaining sonic powers, he exposed Evgenia for staging the bridge accident and wanting to use him as her personal bodyguard, but proposed Evgenia a partnership nontheless. Evgenia helps Timur to develop his powers and fight crime, and Timur protects Evgenia and officially acts as her assistant. He started as a brutal vigilante, hunting those who hurt him, but eventually found closure. He now operates as a high-level operative with his found family, 'The Nest'.
