Basement: Duke of Flies (turned into female), Famine (female), Little Horn (aged up), Monstro (turned into female humanoid with actual body), Rag Man, Baby Plum (it's just a big adorable fat fly), Haunt (female)

Cave: Pestilence (turned into female and not rotting), Big Horn, Min Min, Dark One, The Fallen (twink).

Depth: Adversary (turned into twink), Siren🚨🚨🚨, War (male), Sisters Vis (turned into fema- uh...), Loki.
