Jake was once an ace pilot in the Megakat City Enforcers, flying wing with his best friend, Chance Furlong. Like Chance, he was dishonorably discharged after a mission to save the city went sideways and Commander Feral made them convenient scapegoats. But where Chance burned with rage, Jake smoldered. He channeled his frustration into building: the Turbokat, its arsenal, its flight systems, and every gadget the SWAT Kats use to outgun villains the Enforcers can’t touch.
